University Hospital SPD Cart Washer Upgrade Project

Description of Work:

Demo and removal of existing cart washer and ramps. Perform all required site prep wall demolition, installation of new drywall walls for new mechanical room. Additional site prep performed including mechanical , plumbing and electrical upgrades. Modified steam supply and return piping/valves. Modified hot and cold water piping/valves/gauges. New electrical 480V 3P 175 amp circuit for new cart washer power. Installed new Belimed CS 750-E electric steam cart washer. Installed new SS exhaust duct on cart washer exhaust blower and tied into department duct work. Installed new seamless vinyl flooring and cove base.
