Diocese of Camden – Pastoral Center Parking Lot Improvements

Description of Work:

Demolition of former convent including removal of former utilities and sewer connections. Excavation and debris field remediation. Excavation and installation of new storm drainage system including new storm drain inlets and piping. Installation of new concrete curbing and sidewalks around the property and interior parking lot. Installation of new asphalt paving. Installation of new wrought iron perimeter fencing and security gates. Installation of new landscaping and trees.
